The Rector of St Lawrence Little Stanmore is Fr Paul Reece, who has been Parish Priest since 1992. Fr Paul read Theology at Southampton University where he graduated in 1981. He then worked as a Student Assistant for The Missions To Seamen in Yokohama Japan until 1983 when he went to the College of The Resurrection Mirfield. He was ordained a Deacon at Michaelmas 1985 in St Albans' Abbey and priested a year later. He served two curacies - 1985 - 89 in the Boreham Wood Team Ministry and then 1989 - 92 in the Parish of St Mary the Virgin Potters Bar.
